contact us

email hello@kalin.care for anything at all — bugs, billing, account deletion, or help setting up a home care space. we reply monday to friday, 9am–6pm philippine time, and aim to respond within one business day.

it helps if you include: the email on your account, the name of the care circle, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

i can't sign in

use "forgot your password?" on the login screen and we will email you a reset link. the link expires after an hour — request a fresh one if it has gone stale. if the email never arrives, check your spam folder, then write to us and we will resend it manually.

inviting family and caregivers

the circle owner invites members by email from the circle settings. an invited person simply signs up with that same email address and the circle appears automatically. roles decide what each person can do:

  • owner — full control, including renaming or deleting the circle and managing members.
  • caregiver — can log vitals, tasks, medications, intake and output, and expenses.
  • family — can log and contribute, including memory book entries.
  • viewer — read-only, for relatives who want to follow along.

installing kalin on your phone

  • iphone or ipad — open kalin.care in safari, tap share, then add to home screen.
  • android — open kalin.care in chrome, tap the menu, then install app.
  • install prompts appear on the live site only, not inside an in-app browser.

exporting or deleting your data

settings holds a data export panel that downloads your circle records as csv. the manage circles panel lets an owner rename or permanently delete a circle. to erase your entire account, email us and we will confirm once it is done.

the ai companion

the companion is there to help you think out loud and prepare for appointments. it is not a clinician and cannot give medical advice. there is a fair-use limit on messages; when you reach it you can hand off to a human at the kalin concierge.

in an emergency

kalin is not an emergency service and does not monitor your entries in real time. if someone is in danger, call your local emergency number — 911 in the philippines — or go to the nearest hospital.

privacy

our privacy policy explains what we collect and how care circle data is protected.
